What is better to be endomorph or ectomorph?

The best is mesomorph. Medium to Large frame. Lean, muscular, amazing v taper, athletic.

I don’t think Badr Hari is a pure ectomorph. Frame is too big for that.

Ecto

In today´s world and historically. Ectos will show their face bones more and the men will have lower body fat %, thus more usable penis as there wont be much fat pad in the way. They also with little muscle added show it well due to a predispostition to low body fat % and high metabolism. Most models are ectos or mesos. Having a predisposition to gaining weight isnt good and obscures your face bones, your maxilla and mandible face bones. Showing off your jaw at a low body fat % is better than being fat and obscuring your jaw

Ectomorph is too gracile and weak for my liking. I'm a meso/endo but the ideal is definitely a strong mesomorph.
