According to oral family tradition E-FT155550 comes from a deserter of Napoleon's troops (1808-1813) who stayed in Spain and changed his surname.

Old photos of gypsies
In Spain the gypsies have perhaps been able thanks to the art in principle to be developed and at the present time to accede to professions like lawyer, doctor e.t.c. unlike other places of Europe; although well it is certain that still they are not accepted totally yes they have a place in the developed society that before they could not have after being so persecuted and already nor to speak of which the Nazis did with them in Nazi Germany luckily for them in Spain has not been thus.

Schooling is compulsory in Spain and fortunately for them Roma children have to go to school. Sometimes I wonder if some gypsies were able to escape from the gas chambers of Nazi Germany and were able to flee to other countries or maybe no country did anything for them.

A better world is possible and after all the Nazis lost the war and the peoples persecuted by Nazism managed to save themselves from a real genocide, there is still hope.

In France we have romani from Balkans and central europe who came here after Schengen, "yéniches" who are basically german and romanche travelers (like irish one) and "gitans" who are from spain and southern France.
But they seems way more euro-looking than theses ones. They could be from Carpathias.
