How very Essex, a Subaru Impreza STI and a Mitsubishi evolution 8 used by the ANPR unit in Essex, not seen them myself but I know they are used as interceptors in some parts of my county.

Its normal not to see these cars outside,Interceptors usually stay in the garages and aren't used for patrols.They get called only when there is a high speed chase.

Those men are basque ertzainak. Might look a bit like a worker suit, but its way better than the uniforms with all the trappings, looking like designed around 1900 for some honorary guards.
