The average Black person raised in Europe is in general equally intelligent as the average native European. IQ statistics are just a reflection of the education and economic standard.

Agree that IQ alone doesn't mean much.
And not only that bu the average black also looks more innocent than the average European, specially with comes to modern Europeans.
Goodness is higly related to innocense, some people confuse self-control with goodness probably because they want to believe it is true( they are too stressed and cannot stand other humans, therefore the first one that don't trigger then "must be nice"), an idea based on egoism.
Very high IQ is mostly and indicative of evilness, not necessarly inteligent, even because the inteligence that IQ tests measures are mostly linguistical, but that is not the only type of inteligence.

I was once playing football on the usual field from the back of my house and there was an old oak tree which had a low branch hanging downwards.
I ran off the pitch chasing a ball and turned to look back when I hit the tip of that branch head on. It cracked it open and I didn't feel a thing, even though it was bleeding profusely. Had it hit me 2 cm down, it would have gouged my eye out easily.

Education is irrelevant when it comes to IQ. You can't learn intelligence. You're being tested nonverbally on your abstract thinking, problem-solving skills and comprehension/reasoning ability.

And abstract thinking, problem solving skills and reasoning ability can be improved. It's literally one of the main purposes of studying STEM fields. In addition to gathering the knowledge necessary.

There is no source because there isn't equal potential. Intelligence is for the most part genetically inherited which is why blacks adopted and raised in white families still have lower IQs than their white counterparts.
