People who claim that beauty and appearance doesn't matter are lying.

They usually have in mind so called average people, which are not very fat, not very ugly,
not handicapped, but also not very beautifull as top models. But give them a choice, between
very inteligent woman but ugly who wieghts 200kg and stupid beautifull slim and fit sexbomb,
and guess which one would they choose if they would have too...

But of course, "beauty" is subjective.

Perverts are different thing. Let's talk about normal people.

Beauty is subjective, though. When you get into top tier of looks, it's all gravy. Do you honestly find every "beautiful woman" to your liking? I certainly don't. I have my own preferences. I have seen super models I didn't find attractive at all. I usually like girl next door types.

Yes, I agree 100% there is a subjectiveness to looks and especially at the top levels that you are referring to. Ofc there is obviously also a certain level of objectivity to it. For instance, some people are OBJECTIVELY attractive in face ratios and such. But when it comes down to attraction... some women may prefer a type of look to another even when they are both objectively the same level. In fact, some women prefer guys who may even be arguable "objectively" worse looking than another guy too, b/c preferences are a real thing to be considered! And vice-verse- the same applies to guys to women.
