Is wog an offensive term?
For correctly answering that question it has to be distinguished between the reputation of the term wog and the reputation of what is described by it. And now just a theoretical example: If both do have the same degree of bad reputation then the term is not offensive (but simply the content of the factual referred to has a bad reputation).

Tomatoes should only be eaten raw or as an ingredient in seafood to add flavor and kill the stink, but a lesser one in other dishes, which they'll overpower otherwise.
