And now just a theoretical example: If both do have the same degree of bad reputation then the term is not offensive (but simply the content of the factual referred to has a bad reputation).

I suppose it depends on the context. If someone said it to me out of anger, I'd get pissed. If they said it in a joking manner, I'd be fine with it. This is just my personal view though.

If you look at what I've in my signature, I'd call my Graeco-Roman proportion woggy and actually also the Celtic-like one. But I'd see no offence in that, just a flippant expression.

Yeah, the way you said it is not offensive. You say it neutrally, that is acceptable as well. But if someone says it out of anger or derision, that's when I'd get upset.

For Italian dishes I agree with you, tomatoes do overpower them as they add the tomato sauce too. But they do wonders in Albanian dishes just 2 or 3 of them give the right kick.

Italians, Greeks, Spaniards and other Southern Europeans are real Europeans and they are white and I strongly dislike term WOG.

It's an idiotic term you should just ignore. As I do.
