Such guy as shown in here, would be too low on fat for most of them. And overall, muscularity itself isn't as significant - more so is just sporty, fit appearance. Muscles indicate that you have strong will (that is needed to train it to such extent) but there are other ways to show it.
So in other words - it's not as simple.
