The former Mayor of London, (Ken Livingstone) was a Scottish guy, and he wouldn't stop promoting multiculturalism and giving rights to muslims all the time, a very annoying mayor. He was voted out at the last London Mayoral Election, and English Conservative Boris Johnson is now London's mayor who is a descendant of a Russian.
In the UK Houses of Parliament located in Westminster where all the elected politicians across the UK regions meet, Scottish, Welsh and Northern Irish politicians in Westminster can currently make the laws which will only affect people who live in England, since England has no autonomous government or parliament of our own (unlike Scotland, Wales and NI who have their own parliaments, governments and assemblies). English politicians however cannot make decisions in the autonomous governments of the other 3 nations. This is called the 'West Lothian' issue and it's caused some controversy and upset for people who live in England who want our own parliament and politicians to make our laws.
Alex Salmond even said himself in televised interveiws that he would be fuming if he was English and Scottish, Welsh and NI politicians can make our laws and he thinks this is totally unfair too. (Video below)
2 BNP members were also elected to represent London at the Greater London Assembly (GLA). There was some people upset about this, but Boris Johnson said they've been elected so they have the right to stay on the London committee.
And UKIP (UK Independence Party) won in the UK EU elections this year and topped the polls in May 2014.
Currently, we can't control our immigration borders because of the EU Parliament making most of the UK's laws in Brussels and the last 3 leaders of the UK have been Scottish descent and wouldn't stop promoting multiculturalism (except David Cameron, but he's still not doing much about freeing the UK from the EU - he talks the talk to steal UKIP's voters, but he won't walk the walk and take action now he's in power and his pre-election promises to give the UK people a referendum on leaving the EU went out the window with his other pre-election promises too).
UKIP and Nigel Farage want each nation in the UK to have it's own representation and parliament (Scotland, Wales and NI currently already have this in the UK, and UKIP support the right of an English parliament and government for the people who live in England too).
But we can't ever be properly independent without leaving the EU first - that's why the UK people (especially the English) voted for UKIP this year in the EU elections.

Englands' population was recorded as 53,012,456 people in the 2011 census of which 85.4% of our population are white (link above). Most of the countryside and my original conservative home town on the south coast are mostly white English people, but in London and Birmingham and big cities, white people are a minority (40% white in London), and most of the immigrants head to the cities in England, particularly London. UKIP want to ban multiculturalism and have at least a 5 year ban on immigrants into the UK.
Nigel Farage totally stood up for the oppression of the English in this speech, mentioning the unfairness of the West Lothian issue, the unfairness of England not having any parliament or autonomous government and representation in the UK, the unfairness of free education and prescriptions given to people who live in Scotland with UK money, but people who live in England are discriminated against and must pay thousands of pounds for what the Scots get Scot-free. The English have the most reason to be angry with this union that was forced onto us by King James of Scotland, yet our voices aren't heard in the media and we've no representation of our own. The former UK deputy leader (a Welshman) said "There's no such country as England'' (Engel land). That caused some outrage in England too. Nigel Farage pointed out in another interview that 50% of Scotland is currently on welfare and the GDP of Scotland doesn't match the amount of £billions which England pays to Scotland each year. We're also fed up of taking in most of the immigrants, giving £1 billion a month in foreign aid, giving £53 million every day to the EU, it's caused protests and anger in the UK, as well as health tourists abusing our NHS system.
