Yes, they give me a lot of peace. Have always toyed with the idea of becoming an astrophysicist so that I can stop caring about the ugly petty human affairs, and also stop caring my mongrel nature, and focus instead of something more meaningful like understanding the universe.

Very good video to judge the scale of celestial objects. I had a thread in mind about distance expressed in light time in the solar system and beyond which is probably even more mind-boggling than sizes.
