Are Balkan Slavs ... Slavic?

yes, the real Slavic people I2a1 people, I read years ago, that once, in the early middle ages Celts took the name Germanic, Germanics started call themselves Slavic, and the real Slavic ran to the Balkan Peninsula

There are Turks who score less than 10% East Eurasian and identify themselves as Turkic. Why not letting Balkan Slavs identify as Slavic when they score at least 40% Baltic/East Euro, speak Slavic language, and even share some common phenotypes with their northern cousins?

In my book, they are. Sure, they are mixed with other populations, but unless you wanna single out everyone except for the eastern Polish and western Belarusians, you can make pretty much the same point about any other group which is labeled as Slavic.
