Are all european children blonde?

Well, my father and his brothers were blonde as children IIRC, but not all European children are blonde, no.

I had really light brown hair as a kid, but now it is more of a dark brown, gets lighter in the summer.

This is actually a really interesting topic, obviously it’s much rarer in Southern Europe but it seems blonde hair was originally a trait of immaturity amongst either the Ancient North Eurasians or the Yamnaya (PIE) and slowly the women who managed to carry this trait past puberty where selected for among noble houses or chiefs up into the Viking age in Scandinavia where it seems blondism has actually increased in the last thousand years, and was practiced by the Spartans as well, with Herodotus (who was known to tell exaggerated stories about far off lands, but this is still in his ballpark so I believe it’s mostly true) saying the spartan woman where all tall, athletically built, fair of skin and blonde of hair.

Only females are blonde. Males and populations are blond. Same with brunet and brunette. I don't know why people use the feminine term?

But It has been getting dark with time (The little hair that can still be seen on my head.).

I suppose that in a few years it will start to become lighter again. As light as possible, white.

No ... I always had black hair and most of my friends when they were kids, they also had dark hair.
