Are people less racist with good looking foreigners?

Yes, I agree with the OP. There seems to be more tolerance when good looks are involved.

I don't think so. Id consider myself good looking but was treated pretty rudely in North Italy just because I have dark hair and was thought of immediately as foreign to them because of that

Northern Italians are quite particular...Sometimes I feel more at ease with foreigners than with them. Not that they are naughty, but if you meet someone from Milan, they are very snobbish and chauvinist.
