No. The women are more racist with good looking foreigner girls, and the men are more racist with foreign good looking males. Common logic. But if you mean it as crossed, then of course.

To put an example, I wouldn't be racist with a a group of hot Swedish girls, I might even try a move, succeed and create an orgy party. But if I see a good looking Swedish guy banging girls left and right of course I'll get pissed off.

On the other hand, the local girls would surely get jealous of Swedish' girls interracial orgy with me and my friend, while they probably wouldn't mind getting banged by a good looking Swedish man.

It's common sense. But if referring to opposite sexes, then it's definitely true. Nonetheless, considering the factors I already exemplified, society as a whole is not less racist to good looking foreigners.

What kinda question is this?! A beautiful person from whichever race has reached the peak of progressiveness so of course there's no need to be racist. In fact a beautiful person from some widely believed ugly primitive race clearly has reached higher peaks on the evolutionary ladder than all others. If anything they should be admired.

Actually, no offense just have to say that;

When Western Europeans meet a beautiful, smart Polish girl or a good looking, educated, smart Turkish guy they actually always want to keep contact, drink, have sex, etc.

but there is another issue; Beautiful, educated Polish girl doesn't like uneducated and ugly Western people and good looking & educated and open-minded Turkish guy doesn't like uneducated and ugly people from western countries
