If it was dismantled, Bosnian Muslims (so called "Bosniaks") would also have right to create their own state and laws. Croats and Serbs generally are not interested in their territories and we can't absorb them. On the other hand, ethnic cleanising (as you suggest) is unacceptable for many reasons.

LIVE - Special session of the Parliament of Srpska on the return of competencies

A special session of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska on the return of competencies transferred to the level of BiH is underway in Banja Luka.

At a special session, deputies consider:
- Information on the transfer of competencies from Republika Srpska to the level of BiH,
- Information on the transfer of competencies in the field of indirect taxation,
- Information on judicial institutions of BiH,
- Information on the transfer of competencies from Republika Srpska to the level of BiH in the field of defense and security and
- Declaration of Constitutional Principles.

Today, at a special session, the National Assembly of Republika Srpska adopted the Declaration on Constitutional Principles.



In the Declaration, the National Assembly instructs the Government of Republika Srpska, in coordination with the President of Republika Srpska, to prepare the text of the Constitution of Republika Srpska which will confirm all competencies of Republika Srpska, except for those belonging to BiH.
