Default Commercial American food and it's bad effects on health

I always wondered why americans accept the crap that is sold in supermarkets there that has all sorts of dangeorus substances added to it, is gennetically modiffied, the fast food is poison that causes all sorts of health problems, besides weight ones. Who controls the food industry in the US or what kind of people and why are they so careless and are allowed to do this? Then again education was also destroyed in your country by the state in the name of crazy leftist ideas and ''racial equality'' so no big surprise. Still many american ''conservatives'' worry primarily about ''defense''(militarism), gay marriage(admitedly an abomination) or abortion(sometimes you wonder if not enough babies were aborted). I am not a jew on the brain nut, but I did wonder if jews dominate north american food industry. Maybe they aren't. I know US corporations are ''butthurt'' they can sell some of that poison in the EU.

Prevalence and impacts of genetically engineered feedstuffs on livestock populations. Here's a journal article on the effects of genetically engineered food being fed to animals. Turns out the food has no impact on the health of the animals so why people continue to call it poison? Sounds like to me it's fear fuelled by ignorance and hatred of the West, specifically the USA.

Why do you say hatred of the West, since this is more prevalent in the US and more regulated in the EU and is kind of an american thing. In the States is where they have the most chemically and genetically altered foods and no big surprise they have highest rate of obesity, although I believe Mexico is now no1. Fast foods and industrially prefabricated food and processed foods are to blame for it.

Because people who hate the West will criticise anything from the West.

They don't inject the foods with fat so obesity rates have nothing to do with it. Obesity rates are high because people eat too much junk food and don't exercise.

    Overhyped nonsense.

East Asian women are flat as a board, on average. You Americanize them and they look normal, like the other races. Maybe their life expectancy goes down, but that's a fair trade-off for not looking like a twelve year-old boy.

American food is lazy food. Lazy food is not good for you. It tastes good, and that's what matters.

    1) Many people do not own land, they cannot grow their own vegetables
    2) Many people do not legally own enough land to raise their own livestock
    3) Farmers markets are poorly advertised (mainly a cardboard sign on a road)
    4) Once you get to the farmers market, they often need to charge a lot of money, because they can't sell in bulk like Wal-Mart.

    Sure.

Cancer has existed for all of human history.[158] The earliest written record regarding cancer is from circa 1600 BC in the Egyptian Edwin Smith Papyrus and describes cancer of the breast.[158]Hippocrates (ca. 460 BC – ca. 370 BC) described several kinds of cancer, referring to them with the Greek word καρκίνοςkarkinos (crab or crayfish).[158] This name comes from the appearance of the cut surface of a solid malignant tumor, with "the veins stretched on all sides as the animal the crab has its feet, whence it derives its name".
