I speak about their look, not their genetics. Both Brits and French have Celtic base and it shows, just mixed with different things.

Wrong! If you talk about looks, then the most important phenotype among French people is the West Alpinid while among the British it's the Keltic Nordid ( "Celtic base" right?). Over half of the ethnic French population will be Alpinoids such as the West Alpinid or Subnordid ( West Alpinid - Nordid mix) while the Keltic Nordid despite being present in their population is not important at all. Among Germans, a more robust Alpinoid type is common especially North Germans, the Borreby ( Alpinid+East Europid+Nordid mix)
type, as well as the West Alpinid very common in southern Germany.

Blond-haired French people are generally Subnordid ( Alpinid - Nordid) or Norid ( Dinarid-Nordid), both of these types are more common in the German, Swiss, Austrian populations than with the British one. This is why blond French people tend to look German. There's a small blond minority within the West Alpinid group as well.

That's true, but they have quite different vibe than the Germans, becaause unlike the Brits and French Germans are not purely western European population, , which gives them different appearance.

Well there is a "Slavic" or Eastern European "vibe" which is more common amongst Germans than with the French, Belgians, Dutch or British, but Germans are still predominantly more "western-looking".

There was a recent study comparing autosomal admixture in England to different countries and France scored the highest, counter-intuitively it was not the Netherlands or Denmark. The most Germanic region of England is East Anglia at around 38% Anglo-Saxon.

I would classify this element of French society to be "germanic." However, not exclusively. The large nose is the most noteworthy facial feature of the French, or of most French, in my opinion. Characteristically high cheekbones is another, though I am not necessarily ready to label that trait as "germanic." Introduction of the "celtic" element, for lack of a better term, can be seen in the eyes of Mr. Le Pen and his daughter. That is, their eyes rarely have heavy eye-lids. When I say "celtic" I allude to the celtic element of the British Isles.
Now, the large nose of the French is to be compared to the much smaller noses found in Scandinavia to the east. I would still label both groups to be germanic, each representing their geographic distance from one another as far as the nose goes.

I fully agree - people forget that the fair/blonde hair is not an exclusively Germanic feature and that a lot of Celtic tribes were portrayed as such, not to mention other obvious groups like the Baltics, but in the case of France people should remember about the assimilated Celtic population inside of the Roman Empire which mixed in with what we today think of as Meds. By the way, there was a study done in England to assess how close the English (or British as a whole) were to different countries and France came up the first, beating even Denmark (counter-intuitively).
