Gracile Meds vs Lappid would be the biggest contrast I think. Majority of Dinarids are not really brachy now and it shouldn't change their basic type as it's too much connected to environmental factors / craddling etc.

also mesocephalic, i guess many female examples that get classified as Pontid are not even that. same goes for Neo Danubian- only often brachy. On the other side some people who get classified Armenoid, Baskids, Norid etc. are mesocephalic
