Default Vlach rulling class in Greece.

    From wikipedia

Georgios Sinas (Greek: Γεώργιος Σίνας, German: Georg Sina, 20 November 1783 - 18 May 1856) was a Greek entrepreneur, banker and national benefactor. He was the founder of the Athens National Observatory.

Georgios Sinas was born in Niš of Greek [1][2][3][4][5] Vlach (Aromanian) origin,[6] to Northern Epirotian parents.[7][8] At an early age Sinas lost his mother and was raised by his aunt in Serres (modern Greece), where he lived his first school years. About 1790 he moved with his father, the tobacco and cotton merchant Georgios Sinas the Elder (1753–1822), to the Habsburg residence Vienna, where he finished his ground level studies. At the age of 20, he became involved with his father's businesses and managed to take initiatives and successfully expanded the family business.

He became chief director of the National bank of Austria, a position that he retained for 25 years. Moreover he became a successful banker and subsidized not only enterprises but states and royal families in Europe.[9] Already in 1818, he and his father were raised to Hungarian nobility by Emperor Francis I of Austria. He has contributed financially in the construction of the Chain Bridge (Budapest), the first permanent connection across the Danube between Buda and Pest, which is used even today. His name is inscribed on the base of the south western foundation of the bridge on the Buda side.

Georgios Sinas retained relations with the newly established Kingdom of Greece and in 1833 was made the ambassador of Greece to Austria by King Otto, a position he held for the rest of his life. He financially supported the Greek community in Vienna and his family's hometown of Moscopole (in Northern Epirus in southern region of Albania).[10][11][12] Moreover, he donated huge amounts of money to philanthropic, cultural and educational institutions of the Greek state, like:

    Arsakeio school in Athens.
    University of Athens.
A number of medical and archaeological institutions.

Sinas' greatest donation to Greece was the financing of the Athens National Observatory (1845) a work of the Danish architect Theophil Hansen.[13] His son Simon Sinas, continued his work on the fields of business and benefaction.

First Prime-Minister of Greece was a vlach

    From Wikipedia

Ioannis Kolettis (Greek: Ιωάννης Κωλέττης) (1773[citation needed] - 1847) was a Greek politician who played a significant role in Greek affairs from the Greek War of Independence through the early years of the Greek Kingdom, including as Minister to France and serving twice as Prime Minister.

Kolettis was born in Syrrako, Epirus and played a leading role in the political life of the Greek state in the 1830s and 1840s. Kolettis studied medicine in Pisa, Italy and was influenced by the Carbonari movement and started planning his return to Epirus in order to participate in Greece's independence struggles.

In 1813, he settled at Ioannina, where he served as a doctor and after gaining standing he was recruited as the personal doctor of Ali Pasa's son, Muqtar Pasa. He remained in Ioannina till March 1821, when he entered Filiki Eteria and left for Syrrako, together with chieftain Raggos, in order to spread the revolution into Central Greece (Rumeli), but his efforts quickly failed because of the rapid reaction of the Ottoman army. Kolettis was the leader of the pro-French party and based his power on his relations with the leaders of Central Greece but also on his ability to eliminate his adversaries by acting behind the scenes.

Evangelos Zappas is the man who revived the olympic games in the late 19th century by sponsoring the olympiads with his own money and rebuilting the ancient Panathenaic Stadium at his own expense

I thought you meant actual generals and politicians. Koletis is a speculated vlach only btw. He comes from an Aromanian area but there's no actual evidence of him being vlach.

Also, you didn't post the most known and beloved grecovlach of all.

Perhaps the friendliest environment for Vlachs in the Balkans has been Greece. One of the early premiers of modern Greece was John (Ioannis) Kolettis. Of Vlach ancestry, he distinguished himself in 1844 in a speech to parliament that was a clarion call for little Greece to expand its territory to include western Anatolia, the Black Sea coast and Thrace, all Turkish lands.

Well Greece is an Albanian-Aromanian-turkish-levantine nation with some slavic flavor.

    From wikipedia

Joachim III the Magnificent (Greek: Ιωακείμ Γ' ο Μεγαλοπρεπής; 1834 – 1912) was Ecumenical Patriarch of Constantinople from 1878 to 1884 and from 1901 to 1912.

He was born in Constantinople in 1834, with Aromanian origin from Kruševo. He was educated in Vienna. In 1858-1861 he was the deacon in the holy temple of St George. In 1864 he was elected bishop of Varna and in 1874 bishop of Thessalonica[1] In the time of his first reign, he worked on the improvement of the financial state of the Patriarchate. In 1880 he founded the magazine "Truth" and did various other charitable acts. He is seen as one of the most prominent and important Patriarchs of the twentieth century and modern time. Patriarch Joachim III repeatedly attempted to find a solution to the Bulgarian schism, to little avail
