It's fantasy hockey but done daily instead of by season. You select players for a line up and match off against other people doing the same. You can play for free, for a couple of bucks, or a shit load of money.

I prefer draftkings. Mostly because they let me choose two pitchers for baseball.

Credit card and paypal. There are probably more options. I suggest getting a feel for it first if you decide to bet money by playing the free matches. Some "tricks" I picked up is using the betting lines at sportsbooks to get a feel for which team is expected to score much or not at all and using line combinations. You have to assume if a winger gets a goal there is a good chance one or both of linemates assisted. Rotogrinders has interesting articles but they mostly focus on American football. The 50/50s are pretty easy. The large tournaments are obviously difficult. You need to be almost perfect to come in first.
