Your favourite pizza toppings

What are some of your favourite pizza toppings? I'm usually pretty boring: I like pepperoni, mushrooms, bacon and olives. But I can go for almost anything else really.

I'm a philly cheese steak pizza guy but I'm trying to stay away from junk food now.

Typically I like my pizza with pepperoni, sausages, green pepper, and mushrooms.

I can't think of anything that's usually used as topping for pizza that I don't like, except maybe pineapple, but I can tolerate even that.

Some combinations I particularly like are:

- Anchovies, egg, capers (salami optional). I think this is what's sometimes called a napolitana.

- Chicken, bacon, barbeque sauce, red onion.

- Pepperoni, mushroom, blue cheese. Sometimes I add tuna fish to this, call me a Philistine if you will.

- And, of course, Quattro Formaggi.

Pepperoni and green olives are my favorite

Sausage, black olives, and mushrooms are cool too

Extra cheese and stuffed crust are always great as well

Vegetables do not belong on pizza

Mussels and shrimps.

Crayfish tails and white asparagus. (With dashes of cold, yoghurt-based curry-sauce added after baking if you wish.)

Smoked ham and mushrooms.

Sardines and capers.

Pesto and fresh tomatoes.

Gorgonzola.

4 kinds of cheese.



Things that don't go well on a pizza, in my opinion: Tuna, chicken ... no good.

Haven't eaten pizza since I was 14 However, I loved mushrooms and lots of cheeses on the top.
