Nothing or milk and fruits or only fruits until evening. It helps my body to recover faster and to clean the poisons
It may be hard in the beginning, however after some time your body just got used with your regime and you don't even think of foods like pizzas, hamburgers, etc.

I´m the guy which prefers to taste out what´s inside of the pizza therefore they should be simple for me.
Reduced to the basics also because of the named Reasons it could make People fat with all of these overwhelming coatings.
Too many Ingredients would make only another Mix whom can´t be recognizable.
