Neolithic to where? Also, the neolithic is a long period of time. You can't say somebody looks ''neolithic'', wtf this is just pseudo-science on a whole other level.

Anyways they're probably like most South-Euros the result of mostly some 3-4 thousand year old farmer migrations into Europe.
