The Capital of the Free World

It won't be long until London or Paris goes the way of D.C.

According to the 2007 American Community Survey conducted by the U.S. Census Bureau, the population distribution of Washington, D.C. is 55.6% Black or African American, 36.3% White, 3.1% Asian, and 0.2% American Indian

In addition, the population of the D.C. reached its peak at 800,000ish in 1960 (just before the blacks were granted equal status as other whites) but now it's at 599,000ish. Is the capital of the free world the worst capital in comparison to capitals of other European countries? I would think so.

When you visit London, there's plenty of interesting things to see, things to do, lots of interesting British people. When you visit Paris, typically the first thing you do over there is check out the Eiffel Tower, eat frog (lol), and Paris is just really a beautiful city. When you go to Washington D.C.? What is there other than meet beggars and corrupt politicians? See a bunch of monuments erected around slums? I was in D.C. around 3 or 4 years ago, I was not impressed.

Actually London is pretty dull and ugly place to visit. The most interesting capitals in Europe are Rome, Athens and Moscow. Prague and Berlin come 2nd.

I have never been to my capital DC. DC is one of those places that people with some money drive to for work, they don't live there because it is a shithole!
Yet I do know that Washington DC was established in a black slave rich area. The high black population is nothing new. The White south were outnumbered in many places by the black south. That the city also offered many well paying government jobs, "the kind of jobs that don't require much effort to learn". Then you also have the parasites,"beggars, drunks, gangs".
Statistically the USA black population grows at about the same rate as its white population.
The population of the Hispanics on the other hand is going through the roof here.
I think that some of the shittiest capitals are found in latin America.
Perhaps someday DC will look more like Mexico City, Or Guatemala City?
