That is one of the former rulers of the Reeperbahn red light district in Hamburg, Stefan Hentschel, a former boxer. He committed suicide shortly after the documentary where this clip is taken from had been shot. He certainly did not take any shit from some oily eyes on his own former turf. That video clip has become an instant classic.
