Post Your Favorite Pizza

Quite arguably the world's favorite food, and one of the most appreciated Italian contributions to the world is Pizza!
Post your favorite way to have it.

I will start with mine.

Pizza with Potato and Rosemary

And this is a pizza I made with three different sections: Left Section; eggplant, middle; tomato and basil, right; olive and mushroom.

This is my favorite Lazy way to make pizza:


I use pre frozen naan as the base, and make it in the mini toaster, I then toast the bottom a bit further on a hot iron. It's amazing how good the lazy thing is.

I also sometimes use pane carasau as a base and do the same thing. It really makes a good base as well.
