In 1973, a new hotel opened outside the city of Liberec, in what was then Czechoslovakia. And it looked like nothing anyone had seen before. So what's it like inside? How did it win one of the biggest prizes in architecture? And why was its designer banned from the official opening? I travelled to Liberec to find out more...

At the back of a car park, a few minutes from the historic centre of Brno, is a giant old stadium, that has been abandoned ever since FC Zbrojovka Brno were forced to move out "temporarily" in 2001. But why did they leave? How has it survived demolition? And what's the story about the former player and the fans who brought it back to life for one final match in 2015?

A garden palace designed by Imperial Court Architect J.B. Fischer von Erlach. It was never built. However, Liblice palace near Prague was clearly inspired by this project. The 3D model was made with Google SketchUp, rendering with SU Podium and Podium Walker.

Prague is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful cities in the world and a true paradise for every tram fan. Here in their homeland you can still admire the iconic Tatra T3 in large numbers, on the nostalgia line 23 even in original condition. The newer Tatra model series KT8D5.RN2P and T6A5 are just as much a part of the cityscape as the Škoda low-floor trams of the 14T and 15T series.
Of course also in the video: Prague's world-famous sights, including the castle, the Charles Bridge and the Old Town Square.
