It’s official — a woman who wears post-surgery underwear and eye patches is the most influential person in the world. At least, according to a Time magazine poll that just came out, which listed Lady Gaga in the hot seat, beating out President Obama (#14), Hilary Clinton (#19) and Glenn Beck (#52).
