I agree that the British Empire (like all Empires, European or not) was exploitative and oppressive, BUT the number of British settlers in India never exceeded 250,000. London alone has more South Asians than that nowadays.

Not really We are being replaced but it is due to liberalism not imperialism. This is what happens when 'the people' govern the world. It will just result in population shifts or changes and it will either prove to be positive or very negative....where I live so far it is very negative. High crime, prostitution, drugs etc....that is what multiculturalism/multiethnicism offers the world

those empires produced more for those cultures than those cultures and peoples could produce for themselves. Infact the English speaking world has a high standard of living than any third world country on earth today. I laugh when liberals here tell me this..... they call people like me thieves yet my ancestors fought for this place more than any native american or immigrant....so I do not buy bullshit.
