Default The last military escort for killed German soldiers

On Friday last week, a German convoy was insidously attacked by more than 100 Taliban fighters near Kunduz in Northern Afghanistan. Taliban attacked armored personnel carriers with RPGs, booby traps and other guns. The firefight took many hours and several Taliban and three German soldiers have been killed.

Taliban scum posing in front of the destroyed vehicle:

The three fallen soldiers received all honors

...while the other soldiers continue to lead a war which isn't ours :

Today's funeral was appropriate and stirring:

Let's end fighting for foreign powers and foreign interests. 39 fallen German soldiers in Afghanistan so far are 39 too much. Möget ihr in Frieden ruhen.

    Svanhild, consider this:

If it were the Taleban attacking Germany and Germans were.....errr.... so cheeky and politically incorrect as to attack the Taleban, would you criticise the Germans for attacking them or would you have supported the German war effort to protect Germany from foreign attackers / invaders?

My point is this: What the heck is Germany doing in Afghanistan? How is Afghanistan related to "German national security"? What "attacks" did the Taleban launch against Germany?

It's too bad about the soldiers who died but they're being exploited by ZOG and fighting a war for Central Asian Energy resources + pushing heroin into Russia as part of a ZOG campaign at crippling Russia and gaining control over Central Asia.

Perhaps this isn't the intention of the German commanders and troops but by acting as mercenaries for the Ami's, that is effectively what they're doing.

Afghanistan and the Taleban aren't Germany's fight. It's not in German interests to be there.

It's fair to say that if our lands were attacked by foreign invaders we'd at the very least be sympathetic to "resistance" fighters.

As you can read in my post I entirely reject the presence of our army in Afghanistan. It's not our war and we are there due to foreign interests. An ex-boyfriend of mine was in Afghanistan 2005/2006. But it's not the fault of the soldiers, they have to do their duty and have to obey orders. If they fall in battle they deserve all honours and remembrance.

Taliban attack in a corwardly manner, from behind and non-uniformed. There's nothing honourable on them. They look like mud and they are mud.

Well, as the saying goes "all is fair in love and war". There are not really any rules in war. It isn't an honourable way to spend one's time. One cannot expect it to be waged according to pretty rules and conditions. It's a horrible messy business. That's why ideally one should avoid being sucked into it in the first place.

The Taleban are vastly outgunned by NATO so it's not a "fair" or "equal" war. As another saying goes: "The point of war is not to bleed for one's country but to make the other guy bleed for his".

OK, I obviously understand your reasons for being upset and angry but one can't expect things to be "fair" and "equal". If that were the case then the Taleban and NATO should have the same weapons systems and conduct war whilst being presided over by an umpire, just like at a tennis match.

This isn't the case. Therefore Taleban will use whatever methods they have at their disposal against NATO. NATO will do the same against Taleban.

The whole thing is madness imo. It's a war for the Corporations, Oil Companies and the West's geostrategists to grab control over Central Asia.

NATO Soldiers... Lions led by donkeys. And Roy..it isn't very polite to so openly respect the enemy in a thread about 3 dead fellow Europeans.

Wake up and smell the coffee.

But how would the americans help us if they wouldn´t be involved with things happened in germany.
I have doubts they would do the same like we do..
They do care only for their interests..

As an European ethnic and cultural preservationist, I hope and pray that the Taliban, (whilst not being European are certainly fighting for the same ideals) and all people fighting an invasive force, live long, fight hard and die with honour.

Don't enlist. You want to serve your country then join a militia or a grassroots movement.

It's called guerrilla tactics -a tried and tested method when facing off against military forces vastly superior to your own.

Precise. The United States Marines have a saying: "Improvise, adapt and overcome."
If the situation were reversed then the Marines would be doing the same thing on their own shores.
