This is the story of the time I tried to ride a Romanian sleeper train called the Dacia from Bucharest to Vienna. The ride from Romania to Austria should have been a nice and relaxing one, especially since I had a first-class private compartment with a private bathroom and shower. However, as you'll see by what happens after I get a knock at my room's door from the train guard, it was anything but relaxing...

This is my second video of a journey either ending or beginning in Romania and I have to say, I've complained a lot about the cross-border transport, but the actual Romania part itself has always been wonderful and I would love to go back and have a proper Romania travel adventure soon

Nice. The video brings back old memories.
The city is also known for the iconic eyebrow dormers on the roofs of the houses, known as the "eyes of Sibiu".

Although the eyes originate from as early as the 15th century, most of them were built in the 19th century. They were most likely invented by a local of Sibiu, because they are widespread in the city and its surroundings. They are an element of Baroque architecture.

Iulius Town este cel mai modern loc din Timisoara. Recent a fost amenajat si parcul si este deosebit de placut sa treci prin el cand mergi spre mall sau cand iesi.

I was born in Timisoara so I am biased but it is a truly beautiful city with many parks, beautiful architecture and a very calm and peaceful rhythm of life and atmosphere. People are friendly and lovely and they are quite mixed compared to the rest of the country, this is due to it being part of Transylvania and close to the borders with Hungary and Serbia. It is scheduled to become Cultural Capital in 2023. This was postponed from 2021 because of the COVID Pandemic.
