Noric(Norid) Difference with Dinarid

What are the differences. I have heard that the Norids tend to have a slightly different nose. But I think the main difference is Norids have lighter hair and eyes.

My Brother is a good example of Norid. I am more toward the Dinarid.

In Coon's work, he doesn't describe any difference between them other than pigmentation. I'm not sure if the other ideas being posted here came from other authors, but I suspect they were just made up on the internet.
