People forgot what training really is for, high level sport or fields where you need some serious strength (military and things) because it can mean life or death, otherwise it's useless. Real physical strength is only acquired through mental and physical suffering, being taught how to hurt your own body in a good way, not by sitting on bench pulling some weight, take powder and get back in front of a mirror. Put all these douches under legit professional training and they gonna deflate like balloons to get real effective strength.

As you can see here, she doesn't stick her butt out as much in these pics but maintains a more neutral pelvis position. And guess what? HER ASS IS FLAT AS FUCK!! She doesn't have a juicy ass at all and she looks like someone who barely squats, so the title of the original post is very misleading indeed.
