I forgot North Kosovo, which doesn't participate in Kosovan polls and has a population of around 72,500, 95%+ of whom are Serbs, with most of the rest Albanians. There are a few Gypsies and Turks but it's about 99% European.

The census for the foreign population here is of more than a million (in 2013). But that includes many people from other European nations.

Catalan isn't too difficult to read. Thanks though. And yeah, the problem is you (and France) don't record ethnicity so I had to use governmental and non-governmental estimates. At least some countries that don't record ethnicity have the decency of recording where their immigrants came from

Most Euro countries don't record it. They only record birthplace, nationality and in some cases native language.

Most Eastern European countries do. Russia does it incredibly well. Also the British Isles.

Well, that's self-reported. Mixed people often report their ethnicity as Russian. It's probably not as extreme as with "white" Hispanics in the US (52% of them are "white"), but I'd exclude 10-15% of those Russians.
Edit: some minorities here pass as white.

I laughed when I saw that you had excluded Mizrahi Jews, but included Ashkenazis. That's clearly an agenda!
