It’s more shocking that she appears to be developed at that age, while her face is seemingly undeveloped. Strange age. But you’re right, children that age shouldn’t have access to sexual content of any kind. It’s disheartening that the internet has pornifies the youth to this degree, and apparently parents don’t care.

You have to look it up. Today many 7-8 yo girls already have breasts growing. Some experts claim it's related to excess of hormones in food. On the other hand some 20 yo have baby faces. Situation ends up being so confusing it's hard to pinpoint age reliably.

Lack of parental supervision doesn't help. They think their little princess is so innocent she simply can't display herself in sexual context. And you can't blame them for that, that's how we evolved. It's duty of mothers to educate their daughters on the matter and teach them how to deal with their own desire to be attractive without exposing themselves to undesired predatory behaviors.
