It's not impossible at all. People can be educated to understand that humans may come in different shapes and colours, but they are actually just the same. If someone clings to hateful and exclusive ideas, and wants to harm other people because he thinks he is somehow better than the rest or special, psychiatric treatments can correct that.

And it would be deeply desireable, since there would no longer be any conflict because of ethnicity or race. It would be easier to focus on economic challenges and social struggles for more redistribution and more tolerance for alternative lifestyles.
