If you read the study, it says it was conducted in Baltimore.
The United States is a more racial society than the UK, so it's likely that black people there are structurally discriminated against, to the point that their blood pressure and kidney functions are damaged.

You could say that if you constantly bully and discriminate a person, you're attempting to murder him or her.

I hope you do realise this isn't a real scientific study. Correlation isn't the same thing as causation.
The reason they suffer from more health issues on average is because they generally have worse living conditions, are less educated and live less healthy.

Obviously if you go to a poorer neighbourhood with worse living conditions they will be less healthy. It's not because of the phsycological trauma of being discriminated against. It's because they're poor and have worse living conditions.

There are limits.
Democracy can't defend people who want to destroy democracy. Just like there cannot be freedom of speech for those that want to destroy freedom of speech for everyone else.
That is why Islamic radicals, and nazi racists are incompatible with a progressive society, and their views do not deserve any respect. If left unchecked, they can end up harming people.

Just like a criminal is jailed and stopped from killing, stealing or raping; an extremist must be stopped. Since I favour more humane ways of addressing the problem, re-education is a better way to deal with them, so they can once more join the rest of the people. It's more helpful than simply imprisoning for life.

You're just doing a disservice. You're pretty much a progressive fascist who believes that your personal beliefs are better than everybody elses. You don't just want to silence neo-nazis and islamic radicals but others as well.
