Reasons to go Vegan

[Revolutionary]

1. It's sustainable. If we devoted the huge resources needed to raise livestock to grow crops instead, we could feed the whole world.

2. Better for the environment. Ranching destroys land and livestock give off greenhouse gases

3. You end the suffering of animals in factory farms

4. It's healthier. Humans are not meant to consume meat in the first place. Basic anatomy proves this.

I was a vegan for many years and ate mostly soy products. Now I am a raw vegan, it is much harder. I suggest starting with a plain vegan diet.

The first 3 points have some merit to them. But the 4 is unscientific vegan propaganda, humans are omnivores.

While I think "Vegetarism" is a good choice I am not an advocate of "Veganism"
It does not harm an animal to drink milk or eat eggs.
So I think its more a trend more and more people follow.
Humans are normally omnivore but we can do pretty good without meat.
But I don`t think that Soja milk is a good natural protein source.
Its not ethical at all because Soja production causes huge deforestation

I partly agree with you but just check the conditions in farms where they produce milk and eggs, it is not harmless for the animals at all.

I'm not sure about the healthier bit. Now, processed meat is bad for you. Eating large amounts of vegetables is very good for you. So a vegan diet does have some advantages over an average diet. But you simply do not need to cut out meat to get those benefits of a vegan diet.

Fresh meat, eggs and fish are high quality, nutrient-dense sources of protein and many essential vitamins and minerals. They are an excellent part of a healthy diet - which is, of course, why the vast majority of professional athletes eat meat.
