Quite possible, but we all know that the highest phenotype in the hierarchy is Fälid. Fälids are eternal, meaning that non-Fälids, no matter how good of people they are, can never be reborn as a Fälid. Likewise, Fälids do not have to worry about behaving badly, as they are saved from being downgraded.

Can't be. You seem to be fully human to me so, even if it's not registered as much in your phenotype your internal organs must be full atlantid.
