Independent federal Transilvania?

What do you guys think? Would an independent Transylvania based on federal principle (like for example Belgium or Switzerland) and divided on Hungarian and Romanian cantons would be a good solution for Hungarian-Romanian conflict? And also I think that Hungarians in southern Slovakia and northern Serbia should also get autonomous status, in order to correct injustice of the Trianon treaty.

There was significant German population of about 500.000, but after WW2 the Soviets deported vast majority of them from the country, so today there is less than 100.000 Germans in Transilvania.

The Hungarian population of Transylvania decreased from 2.000.000 in 1910. to 1.400.000 in 2002.
