The Labour Party were governing the UK in the 90's and early 00's.

Chester is lovely, but Liverpool scares me a lot more than most of London.

Btw, I know some very sweet, polite, hard-working, and decent black people here - who aren't anything like those drug-addicted teens in gangs. Drugs messes peoples heads up. We have black doctors here, black surgeons, black lawyers.... and it's like ignorant people saying that all white people are mass murderers, drunkards, chavs, etc, due to the amount of violent white teenage gangs in cities such as Glasgow, Liverpool, Manchester, etc.
