    neved did this exercise, but some days ago i fastly runned with bag where was more that 50 kg of copper more 3 km. Yes, i have skinny legs.
    so, does this my personal result good or bad?

    I could watch this squat all day. That be my exercise. Maybe my tap would get all the exercise!

    Wtf.. she's not even breaking parallel with that shallow squat depth.

    I started to work out again in late November at some crappy fitness gym. Started at 5x5x80 kg. Raised 10 kg every week. Went up to 5x5x120 kg in the last week before xmas in December. Then I went home to my city during christmas and I don't have a gym card here. I'll start again in middle/late January, once I'm back and not busy. I don't want to raise to fast, since I haven't worked out properly at the gym the last 2 years or so same with deadlift, I have noticed that my benchpress and shoulder press has improved though.
