Red was national colour of Romans, they had red flags, red uniforms, and painted at least one wall in houses to red as tribute to Rome

Rumelia come from Turkish/Arab word Rumi, which indicated the Byzantine Empire, and come from Rome, because Byzantines considered and called themself Romans. The etimology of the word Roma inìs unclear, probabily isn't Indoeuropean, someone says could have an Etruscan origin.

IDK it makes sense to me, that Romans=red; red army, as it was their coulour, even from early basic tribal standpoint it makes sense.

How can you claim Etruscan, when romans first settled on latin land, conquer them and absorb their culture, and then went war with Etriscians, did the same, and even Etrusian language is unknown

BTW as a side note, last western romans were only in Dalmatia, with Julius Nepos as last western Roman "emparor"

A lot of Roman words are from Etruscan origin, an Etruscan dominated at the time also the coastal part of Lazio and part of Campania. If you know the legend of sevens king of Rome, two were Etruscan.

BTW Last western romans were only in Dalmatia, with Julius Nepos as last western Roman "emparor
He was emperor only by name until he was killed.

Well only that was left from Western Roman Empire was that, Dalmatia, a last stand of W. Romans, after his death, there was no more W. Roman empire.

I agree, Romans did incorporate Etruscans, and good amount of their culture, but when i see these ancient times, war bands like early romans, worked like similar motorcycle gangs today, or even crime organizations, it would be logical they have their own dress code

YOu claiming Romans were not Indo europians is also kinda preposterous, when they actually came from central Europe, modern Hungary, and busts of Roman figures clearly show IE origins
