Colombia or Israel: which is worse for human rights?

I am interested in this question, given that:

(a) I am half-Colombian myself.
(b) There is a lot of (partly legitimate) opposition to Israel in this forum.
(c) Both are prime examples of electoral democracies which, nevertheless, have far-from-exemplary human rights records.
(d) They are both staunch (if occasionally deceptive) allies of the USA.

I am not aware of any human rights violations in Colombia. Dem booty only being in Colombia sure is a crime against humanity though

The Colombian Government, in the form of the Military and the Police, along with their right-wing paramilitary allies, frequently perpetrate massacres, torture, forced disappearances, forced displacement, political assassinations and rape.

It depends for which Colombians you mean. The middle and especially upper classes are doing better than ever, what with so much foreign investment coming in. The poor, however, are not doing so well, and the Government's provision of services like health and education is still very sketchy in many parts of the country.
