Nope, that's a lie. USA has higher standards than third world countries like UK, when it comes to this measurement. In the USA even stillbirths count as infant mortality. For NHS and other pathetic places such as zimbabwe if the baby never takes a first breath it is like it never happened at all.

Calling the UK a third world country just makes your argument look even more ridiculous mate, and do remember I know both countries intimately whereas you probably don't even own a passport, like 90% of your compatriots. Yeah it's great to be rich in the US, but a country that doesn't take care of its poor - you know, them folks what clean your streets, grow your food, make your clothes - isn't a country worthy of respect. It's better to be poor in Greece or even Russia and Turkey than the US.

Infant mortality is probably low for 'minorities'. I personally do not care about that especially if they are here illegally. Cold hearted I am maybe? But having too many of them here [mind you there are very many now] I am glad as this to me is natural selection

Anyway this is the result of not having a healthcare plan. This couple had they had lets say what I have would not even pay a fraction of that 130,000 buck a roos. The insurance company would cover it and tell the hospital they are charging too much and thus lower the cost and pay for it with the couple only having to pay maybe 1,000 or so. I don't have kids so I cannot tell you but my sisters have children and they were never charged with such an astronomical amount. If you do not have healthcare then you can see where you would be screwed here in the USA. The hospitals will take care of you but you will be in debt for it.

We have some of the best doctors in the world here and one of the best medical systems in the world.

My mothers family is working class and just above the poverty line. They live just fine. Do you mean illegals or people who leech off the system? No one cares about them or should. Those are parasites.
