    I dont know the exact spelling, but I guess you can understand what word it is when you read it.
    So, what exactly does it mean in Turkish?

    I heard in Serbian movies they often say "sikter more". They as well use it when they say "sikter kafa".

    It is Turkish. It's a rude way of telling someone to go away. e.g. 'fuck off'. I think that's what it means. And that is the correct way of spelling it.
