I don't eat any sugar at all because I'm on a mission to get the body of an underwear model. Right now I'm pretty close to having the body of Matthew Mcconaughey, in his prime, but that is not my goal. My goal is leaner than that. You couldn't pay me to eat shit like fast food, sugar, simple carbohydrates, meats high in saturated fat and high fructose corn syrup etc... I just got back from the gym where I ran for 60 minutes and lifted weights I'm not about to ruin that by eating shit.
