I will however, from my experience remind you of a simple truth: 'Terrorism', and its various organized networks, is something that was engineered in the past, and remains deeply infiltrated to this day, by the larger powers of the world; and thus, it's pretty doubtful that any major strike cannot be tracked. Willingness to let it happen is the basic assumption to prove or disprove whenever a similar event takes place.
