Not to me. French people have a particular frenchie look. I knew Rudel was a frenchie from the moment I saw him!
Send me dms asking me to classify you, i'll have Barbarianna of Barbaria here put a few holes in you. Then I'll take this guitar and smash it over your head.

Irish have their own look but it overlaps to me more with Wales and SW England.
Not really. the most French look Med influences, most Brits look alike the Dutch, I found that Isles people have gracile features compared to continental people (whether Nordid or Mediterranid)
And agreed Scots/the English look just Germanic. The Welsh people look like a cross between Iberian/Celtic,Germanic phenotype, so the Welsh and the French are much similar to each other.

Look back at the history, nowaday's British are regarded as Germanic people, though the British and the French were quite same (Celts essentially)
The Frank people were Germanic though they were hard to distinguish with Gauls (Celts) in Roman's eyes, guess they were people Germanic-Celtic mixing (Franks)
Anglo-Saxons were today's Danes. Though before their invasion to Britain the people lived there quite Celts (from Belgie region moslty, I guess they were mixed with Germanic (Franks) too.)
And in the Iron age many Meds from Iberia went to Britain, so mixed with Celts. It goes same with the today's French. (strong Iberian R1b)
Though one particular British look more Danes(Norse) than Germans.

Iberian R1b is actually not particularly prevalent in Britain, but that it is there shows there was some amount of geneflow up and down the Atlantic, and perhaps the presence of R1b-L21 in Iberia as well. It's interesting because genetically Celtic and Germanic speakers are very close to one another, much closer than they should be - even core Germanic areas are not that far from say the Welsh or Irish genetically. Perhaps it implies that many of the Celtic and Germanic speakers were Celticicsed or Germanicised predominantly rather than replaced.

We have some remains from Iron Age Britain and they are basically very similar to modern NW Euros and of course British people but marginally more northern than the modern people in their place. Although if the Germanics and Celts were closely related autosomally it would be difficult to estimate how much of each any NW Euro population might be, except in the case of Y-DNA which is more distinct.

The most dominant french look is Med? Are you even serious about that statement?
