He isn't Estonian, he covered this many times over. He is Slavic in culture and ethnicity, but moved to Estonia to work as a programmer. No one knows what Slavic identity he is though, to keep the 'mysterious aura' according to him, or in my opinion, just not to get stupid ultra-nationalists that hate other Slavs to stop watching his videos because of something relating to nationalism (ex. Ukranian stops watching his videos because Boris is Russian).
