It brings home that no matter how high up you are, whether in politics or any other ladder, everybody takes a shit. Everybody is the same. You, me, the Queen and Putin. We all take a dump and it doesn't smell of roses.

No, we aren't the same : my toilet looks miserable compared to the palace where they take their poo. (However I have a big window so it really smells of roses)
